Manager of Building Operations and Finance:
This member of the professional team will manage the day-to-day building and financial operations of the organization, ensuring a well-run facility and clear sense of budget and financial well-being, for both the lay leaders and professional teams; Broadly, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical plant and the workings therein, as necessary to allow religious services, programming, and educational offerings to operate, with full knowledge and confidence that the operational needs of each is satisfied.
As an integrated senior member of the SPS professional leadership team and community, you will collaborate with other team members and lay leaders. Demonstrating a keen ability to work independently yet understanding the importance of collaboration with staff and volunteers to further the mission and goals of the Synagogue and Schools, is critical to this role.

Religious School Educator:
Sutton Place Synagogue (SPS), a vibrant, egalitarian synagogue located in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan, is seeking a passionate and creative educator to join the team of the Jackson Religious School. The position is the lead Shabbat School teacher which runs on Saturday from 9am-10:30am. There is a possibility for an expanded role during the Winter and Spring during the week.
